Parker Hill has grown up beside and on the water in Nova Scotia. As a young child, Parker built and sailed model sailboats, graduating to sailing real sailboats in the summer of 1963 with the RNSYS junior sailing program. Since then, Parker has continued his love of the water with sailing and runabouts.
